Legal Assistant
As a student in this program, you will learn how to assist attorneys in the delivery of legal services. The courses teach practical job skills in conjunction with the underlying legal theory. Courses are aimed at developing your critical thinking, communication, computer and organizational skills, and competency to handle ethical issues. Upon completion of the program, an experiential learning component in the form of a 150-hour internship is required.
