Associate of Applied Science in Business Management
Course descriptionGraduates of this program are prepared to assume higher-level responsibilities and expanded career opportunities in a business setting. The curriculum prepares students for experienced office management, administrative and executive assisting, and entry-level supervisory positions.
The computer applications and skills taught in the Business Management program include training in marketing and sales support functions, personnel supervision, purchasing analysis, management, inventory control and financial operations for day-to-day business functions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledgers and monthly statements. Small Business Management is emphasized.
