Course description
The goal of the Photography Department is to provide students with a comprehensive education in the theory, techniques, history and ethics of photography which, integrated with a strong foundation in other visual & liberal arts, provides the knowledge and perspective essential for the pursuit of the medium as a humanistic endeavor, a creative professional or advocate.
The B.A. allows for broad exploration in studio and history of photography, while the B.F.A. offers a more focused and comprehensive program. All degree programs include both analog and digital technologies and practices in our state of the art facilities.
