The part-time program, held on the Corvallis, Ore. campus, can be completed in two academic years. Students take between 6-8 credits per term, with course work offered on weekends and some course work taught online. Students do their full-time student teaching in the spring quarter of the second year. Admission to the Two-Year program is offered on odd-numbered years only.

-Strategies of Teaching Mathematics
Upon successful completion of all course work and testing requirements, students will be recommended for an initial teaching license in Early Childhood and/or Elementary Education. In addition, students are recommended for the Master of Arts in Teaching degree upon successfully presenting and defending their initial teaching portfolios during their oral exams.
