Course descriptionThe M.B.A. program provides students with a professional education preparing them for responsible leadership and for management positions in business and public service. The program is specifically designed to meet the needs of business professionals who wish to pursue a graduate degree part-time while working full-time during the day. Most of the classes are held in the evenings or on weekends. Hood's central location in the Frederick-Washington-Baltimore triangle allows us to serve the many multinational corporations, government agencies, consulting firms, regional chains, local entrepreneurs, and research organizations based in the region. We offer courses taught by a distinguished team of full-time professors as well as by adjunct faculty members who are acknowledged experts in their respective fields.

Students who have completed appropriate undergraduate course work with a grade of C+ or higher may be exempted from foundation courses.
