These opportunities include positions related to drug utilization review, program audit and fiscal integrity, development and management of cost-containment initiatives and the development of clinical decision support tools. With the implementation of the Medicare Part D prescription drug program, there will be an increased need for pharmacists who can manage the effective delivery of pharmaceutical products and services.
