Grand Canyon University offers the Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership with a choice of five emphasis areas. An Ed.D. is designed specifically for those scholars and practitioners interested in studying the interaction between leadership systems and continuous improvement.

The Program focuses on developing leaders capable of generating and applying new knowledge to achieve organizational outcomes. The degree is offered by the College of Education in collaboration with The Ken Blanchard College of Business.
