Venice has always been a symbol of culture, commerce and art.

Venice is still a city that lives suspended between land and water. A place where the complexity of city life is diluted in the rhythms imposed by nature and by that relationship, unique in the world, between the breath of the sea and the abundant reality of the continent.

In 2007, IED inaugurated the new office of the lagoon on the island of Certosa, a perfect place for study, research and improvement of the issues that constitute the most intimate identity of the city. The training courses proposed by IED Venice, organized with the collaboration of prestigious partners, are the result of this ideal commitment and the innovative and creative design approach that characterizes the Institute.
