Course description
Studying a language other than English, and the cultures and literatures of the people who speak that language, can not only give you personal satisfaction, but much more. In today's globally competitive world, knowledge of a foreign language greatly enhances a student's position in the job market in many career areas, from business and government to service organizations and education.
Stetson University students may major in Spanish, French, or German. Other possibilities include the double major if you want to combine a language major with another subject area. Students may also minor in Spanish.
Course Information
A total of 11 units is required for a Spanish major at Stetson, in addition to the general education requirements for the College of Arts and Sciences.
