THE UCLA CHEMISTRY MAJOR 2008-2009 The Chemistry Major (B.S.): This major is designed primarily for students who are interested in attending graduate school in Chemistry or related areas. It also satisfies some of the requirements of pre-medical and pre-professional schools. Refer to the UCLA General Catalog for course descriptions.
