In November of 1996, Eric Plantenberg and Roger Seip took their passion for helping people succeed and turned it into a company. Roger still finds humor looking back, "we didn't have some of the details worked out... like how to find clients." What they did have was tremendous conviction and a burning desire to help others experience personal freedom.

With backgrounds in sales and sales management, Eric and Roger began offering programs on Sales Training and Goal Setting. Shortly thereafter, they partnered with The Memory Training Institute, the world's foremost memory development school.

Eric points out, "From the beginning we didn't want the focus of our classes to be on Roger and me. It was our aim to create a system where other people who shared our core values could deliver the same programs."

That system has worked out well for everyone involved. Over the last decade we have continually developed new programs and have consistently expanded our capacity to offer more classes in more cities throughout the United States.

Our purpose has always been clear: we exist to serve by Delivering Freedom. By our definition, this means delivering, "the capacity to exercise choice," to ourselves, to our clients and to our partners.

Today, we are continuing to help thousands of companies and individuals achieve their own levels of personal success. When we look ahead, we see ourselves offering programs in 50 markets throughout North America and expanding our business internationally. Firmly rooted in our core values of Integrity, Joy, Freedom, Excellence and Profitability, the future looks bright indeed.
